Eugene Cozonac


Eugene joined CarterBaldwin in 2016 as a Research Consultant, bringing two decades of experience of working in business, educational, and non-profit sectors.

Before joining CarterBaldwin, Eugene worked in the IT industry, with leadership positions in media and software development companies.  He was on the founding teams of Endava (London-based IT services company), Tricerion (strong authentication solutions), and Firstly (business process management). An ordained minister and church planter, he was on the staff and boards of several non-profit organizations and churches, and currently serves as a Chaplain in the US Army Reserve.

Eugene has a Master of Divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary (Atlanta, GA), an MBA from Grenoble École de Management (Grenoble, France), a BS in Christian Education from Lancaster Bible College (Lancaster, PA) and a Diploma in Computer Science.  He and his wife Kathy live in Roswell, GA and have three children.
