CarterBaldwin and Fiserv are pleased to announce that Amy Cosgrove has joined the company as a Vice President of Human Resources. In her new role, she will be supporting the Financial & Risk Management Solutions (FRMS) Group and will be tasked with attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent for Fiserv, shaping effective human resources thought-leadership, implementing company-wide initiatives and partnering with Fiserv executives to enhance the FRMS Group’s effectiveness.
Amy is a dynamic executive with experience leading organizational restructuring, talent management, post-merger integration, culture development, and performance management. In her previous role at Deloitte Consulting, she partnered with the Human Capital practice to manage talent, performance, and M&A integration for clients acquiring or divesting businesses.
