CarterBaldwin and Pinnacle Promotions are pleased to announce that John Sabol has joined the company as President.
John is a dynamic executive with 25+ years of experience leading apparel, automotive, sporting goods and consumer products companies ranging from early-stage startups to the Fortune 500. He will report to Pinnacle CEO David Weintraub and will be responsible for leading the company through an aggressive growth strategy while championing the company culture that has been its foundation. John will partner with the Board of Directors and executive team to define Pinnacle’s long-term strategic goals and vision for the future as a leader in the promotional products industry.
In his former role as CEO of Hartwell Industries (a Patriarch Partners portfolio company), John led overall strategy and operations for a manufacturer and distributor of corporate apparel and uniforms serving a diverse set of clients from Samsung, MetroPCS, and UHaul to non-profits like the YMCA. He was responsible for building a highly-motivated executive team and generating multi-year contracts with the Fortune 1000 while simultaneously streamlining inventory and production. Prior to his tenure at Hartwell, John founded Arte Leadership Group, a boutique eLearning platform for executives, and served as President and Partner in ListK LLC, a private equity firm investing in technology-startups with high growth potential. John began his career with Bank of America and worked with other major corporate brands including Coca-Cola, Ford Motor Company and Russell Corporation.
John holds a B.S. in Business Administration from University of The Pacific and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
