Shannon Prather

Shannon’s search track record includes over 100 searches conducted across the financial, technology, manufacturing, government, and finance/accounting sectors. Shannon brings a compelling “client-side” perspective to her searches as she has also held internal recruiting and HR roles prior to joining CarterBaldwin, including a dual HR/recruiter role for one of the Nation’s leading financial institutions. Shannon’s high energy level, passion for excellence, and tenacious yet professional approach to search undergird her success.

A native of the South, Shannon graduated from Auburn University where she studied business with an emphasis in human resource management. Before moving to Atlanta, she served on the board of the Birmingham Recruiters Network in Birmingham, Alabama.

Prior to her current role, Shannon spent five years as a Consultant working on a variety of searches spanning corporate and non-profit sectors. Shannon resides in Columbus, Georgia and enjoys spending time with her family including two young boys who never slow down.
