CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to announce the appointment of Phyllis Jones as Vice President of Operations for Fuller Industries, a leading American manufacturer of industrial cleaning products.
Phyllis brings a wealth of experience from Zep Inc., a specialty chemical manufacturer backed by New Mountain Capital, where she served as Senior Director of Operations, and Smith Cement Finishing Company, where she was Operations Manager. She began her career as a chemical engineer with Pactiv (NYSE: PTVE), where she rose to Senior Manager of Operations.
A native of St. Louis, MO, Phyllis holds an MBA and an MA in procurement from Webster University, as well as a BS in chemical engineering from Tuskegee University.
