CarterBaldwin Executive Search announces the successful placement of Adele Caputo as Chief Financial Officer for our client, global watersports manufacturer Correct Craft, the maker of the iconic Nautique tow boat.
Adele joins the company from McKesson (NYSE: MCK), where she served as Vice President of Finance for their $11B medical-surgical distribution business. Prior to McKesson, Adele spent ~16 years in progressive strategic finance and investor relations roles for Darden Restaurants (NYSE: DRI) and served as SVP of Finance for Red Lobster Seafood after Darden’s sale of the business to Golden Gate Capital in 2014.
A lifelong competitive water-skier, former national champion, and Nautique boat owner, Adele brings Correct Craft not only deep financial leadership, but also a lifelong passion and a personal connection to Correct Crafts brand, purpose, and watersports community.
Adele holds a BA in international business and MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.
