Jodi Delikat

Jodi Delikat joined CarterBaldwin in 2006 and has been an instrumental member and leader on the Administration Team.

In addition to anchoring the firm’s general office administration, she has been the primary driver of our administrative best practices as well as our search technology platform. Jodi has been the lead Project Coordinator on more than 300 successful searches. A critical spoke in the administrative wheel, Jodi also manages the development of client search profiles as well as external search communications.

When not manning the administration ship, Jodi finds time to volunteer at North Fulton Community Charities. In her spare time, Jodi is an avid reader and potter, and enjoys going to local music venues to support her daughter on lead guitar, where she and her all-girl rock band perform regularly.  She also frequently visits her son at Mississippi State University where he is a Freshman.

Jodi attended Georgia Southern and is a Georgia native.  She and her husband live in Roswell with their dog.
