Bruce Beckman Named Chief Financial Officer for Malibu Boats, Inc.

CarterBaldwin Executive Search, together with Malibu Boats, Inc. (Nasdaq: MBUU) announces the appointment of Bruce Beckman as Chief Financial Officer. He will join the executive team and report directly to the CEO, Jack Springer, beginning November 27, 2023.

As CFO, Bruce will be responsible for the financial management of the Company, including leading the Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit and Investor Relations teams.

Bruce joins Malibu from Entegris, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance. During his more than eight-year tenure, he held several positions of increasing responsibility within the finance function and was leading a global team of well over 200 professionals.

Prior to Entegris, Bruce worked in numerous capacities for General Mills, Inc., including Vice President of Finance for the Meals Division, Director of Corporate Planning and Analysis and Director of Internal Controls.

Bruce earned his MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and his BS in Business from the University of Minnesota.
