CarterBaldwin is proud to partner again with Great Lakes Energy in the appointment of Kari Crouse as Vice President of Communications and Member Services.
Kari brings more than 13 years of electric cooperative and public power experience to Great Lakes Energy, most recently from Sequachee Valley Electric Cooperative in South Pittsburg, TN. As Vice President of Communications and Business Strategy, she launched value-added member programs, strengthened community and legislative relationships, implemented new software, and scaled broadband communications to drive strong residential adoption.
Previously, Kari spent nearly a decade with the Tennessee Valley Public Power Association, including serving in a variety of roles spanning member services, training, and member engagement. As Member Engagement Director, she led association-wide strategies serving more than 150 public power utilities, directed governance and outreach initiatives, and supported member CEOs and boards.
Kari holds a BS in business management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and an MBA from Liberty University.
