An accomplished executive with extensive experience in aerospace supply chain management and operations, Jesse brings over two decades of proven leadership in strategic sourcing, production efficiency, and supplier relationship management to support X-energy’s growth and commercialization efforts.

Jesse joins X-energy following a 21-year career with Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NYSE: NOC), one of the world’s largest weapons manufacturers and military technology providers, where he served in executive roles including Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Corporate Director of Supplier Management. He previously held senior supply chain and operational leadership positions across Northrop Grumman’s Tactical Space Systems and Navigation and Targeting Divisions.
Jesse holds an MBA from Webster University and a BA in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving on both active duty and in the civil service.
