CarterBaldwin Executive Search, together with Maytronics Group Ltd. [TASE: MTRN], a leader in robotic pool cleaning technology and water care solutions, announces the appointment of Joe Cox as Vice President of Operations, North America.
Joe brings more than two decades of leadership experience in logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, and distribution operations across military and Fortune 500 environments. He joins Maytronics from Delta Faucet Company (Masco Corporation’s [NYSE: MAS] plumbing segment), where, as Director of Distribution and Fulfillment, he managed and optimized service delivery for more than $2 billion in revenue across B2B and DTC channels.
Prior to Delta, Joe served as Senior Manager at Sam’s Club E-commerce (a Walmart [NYSE: WMT] company), helping launch a high-velocity e-commerce fulfillment center in Tampa, FL. There, he led a successful nationwide process improvement initiative, positioning the operation to scale and create greater strategic visibility.
Joe’s background also includes senior roles at TJX Companies [NYSE: TJX], where he led the transition from a 3PL to an in-house fulfillment operation, and earlier leadership positions at Walmart and the U.S. Army, where he rose to the rank of Captain.
Joe holds an MA in logistics management from the American Military University and a BA in psychology from Empire State College. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Business Administration.
