CarterBaldwin Executive Search, together with Copperweld Bimetallics, Inc., announces the appointment of Matthew Miller as President of Interstate Wire and Agave Wire.
Matt brings more than 16 years of commercial leadership in the wire and cable industry, with a strong track record of driving growth, leading global teams, and integrating acquisitions. He joins Copperweld from Industrial Electric Wire & Cable, where he most recently served as Vice President of Global Sales, leading accounts across North America, EMEA, and APAC. In this role, Matt led his team to significant year-over-year revenue growth, expanding value-added solutions for global OEM customers such as Schneider Electric, Eaton, and Rockwell Automation.
Previously, as Vice President of Sales, OEM Americas, Matt had responsibility for a 50-person sales team across the US and Canada. He also led the integration of Jupiter Communications, expanding IEWC’s capabilities in telecom and infrastructure cable.
Matt began his career with Fastenal (NASDAQ: FAST), where he advanced through roles in account management, regional leadership, and commercial operations. He holds a BBA from Western Michigan University and is a member of Vistage, a global executive coaching and peer advisory organization.
