CarterBaldwin Executive Search, together with Lane Electric Cooperative, announce the naming of Scott Coe as General Manager. He will replace retiring GM Debi Wilson.

“In addition to years of experience, Scott brings the enthusiasm and work ethic of a committed marathoner to the job,” said Dean Livelybrooks, President of Lane Electric’s Board of Directors. “We look forward to the impact of his open communication with members and the Lane Electric staff.”

Scott served for nine years as the General Manager of the Emerald People’s Utility District, a customer-owned electric utility serving 550 square miles in Lane County, OR. Prior to EPUD, Scott held multiple management roles during 24 years at Bonneville Power Administration, a US Department of Energy agency that delivers carbon-free hydropower to communities across the Northwest.

Scott received his MBA from Willamette University and his BS in philosophy from Eastern Oregon University.
