Brandi brings more than 15 years of experience integrating HR and safety programs, leading cultural transformation, and strengthening regulatory compliance across OSHA, EPA, and DOT frameworks. She joins Tri-County from Crimson Group of Companies, a group of businesses serving energy clients, where she most recently served as Vice President, People & Health, Safety, and Environment.

Prior to Crimson Group, Brandi served as Corporate Safety & HR Director at Basic Energy Services (NYSE: BAS). Earlier in her career, she held progressively senior environmental health and safety roles at Parsley Energy (NYSE: PE), Flex Leasing Power & Services, Cook Compression (a Dover Company, (NYSE: DOV), Safety Solutions LLC, and One Source Industrial LLC, building deep expertise across energy, industrial, and manufacturing environments.

Brandi holds a BA in industrial technology engineering from the University of Texas Permian Basin.
