CarterBaldwin Executive Search, together with Morae Global Corporation, the industry-leading provider of management and consulting services for law departments, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sharon Sritong as Chief Financial Officer.
A native of Melbourne, Australia, Sharon brings 25 years of financial leadership experience to Morae, most recently as CFO at SAI Global, a $400M, SaaS and professional services company backed by Baring Private Equity.
Prior to SAI, Sharon served as CFO at Livingston International, a Sterling Partners and Canadian Pension Plan-backed customs brokerage services company and North American CFO for Computershare (ASE:CMSQY), a $2B global stock transfer company headquartered in Melbourne. In these roles, Sharon transformed financial environments and led more than 20 successful acquisitions and integrations. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Swinburne University of Technology.
