Aaron Bennett

Aaron brings deep experience in candidate identification, market mapping, and business development research across both corporate and non-profit sectors to CarterBaldwin. Throughout his career, he has focused on understanding specialized leadership markets and connecting organizations with the right people.

Before joining CarterBaldwin, Aaron worked as a core member of executive search teams on C-suite and senior leadership engagements, contributing market insight that shaped search strategy and drove results. Before moving into executive search, Aaron built a strong foundation in outbound research and executive engagement at Board.org, where he helped grow enterprise membership communities serving Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 leaders and contributed to go-to-market research for new leadership networks.

Originally from Kalamazoo, MI, Aaron holds a BBA in management with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Western Michigan University. He spent his early years as a techno and house music DJ and is still actively involved in the electronic music scene. Currently based near Tampa, FL, he enjoys being at the beach, playing pickleball, and watching soccer and has been known to read the encyclopedia for fun!
