CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to partner again with Shoals Technologies Group (NASDAQ: SHLS) in the appointment of Jon Blomberg as Operations Controller.
With a strong track record of aligning finance and operations to drive manufacturing efficiency and performance, Jon joins Shoals from Polaris Industries (NYSE: PII), where he served most recently as Senior Plant Controller. In this role, he led financial operations for their largest domestic manufacturing site, reducing expenses and inventory year-over-year, eliminating significant inventory write-offs, and building forecasting models. As Plant Controller, he helped integrate Polaris’s acquisition of WSI Industries, transitioning the business to a standard-costing model and expanding ERP utilization.
Prior to Polaris, Jon served as Corporate Controller at Metro Mold & Design, a privately held manufacturer of precision-engineered products for diverse industries. He began his career in public accounting with KPMG.
Jon earned his BS in business from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Accountancy from Arizona State University.
