Beth Bulanadi
Beth is a member of CarterBaldwin’s administrative team, providing internal operations support across all of the firm’s search engagements.
A native of the Philippines, Beth initially aspired to be a nurse and completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA. While awaiting her board licensure results, she began teaching English to Korean students over Skype, designing her own lesson materials, and building a weekly roster of students she coached toward stronger fluency and confidence. With nursing positions in high demand and short supply at the time, she shifted course into customer service and outbound support, taking on roles with quite a few Fortune 500 companies including Capital One, Bell Canada, Citibank, and Thomson Reuters.
Beth’s move into virtual assistance put her at the front edge of an industry just coming into its own — as small businesses and agencies increasingly turned to remote professionals for executive support, operations, and client service, the Philippines emerged as a hub for that work. Over more than a decade in the field, Beth has built deep experience as a concierge-style administrative partner, supporting executives with calendar management, event coordination, and day-to-day operations.
In her free time, Beth enjoys cooking, singing, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
