Bria Miller

Bria joins CarterBaldwin as a search consultant with a background that spans public accounting, corporate finance, and executive search. A Chicago native, she began her career at Deloitte before building broad experience in corporate accounting at companies including The Home Depot, State Street, Carter’s, and Luxottica.

She transitioned to executive search in 2021, spending four years placing finance and accounting professionals from the staff level through the C-suite. At CarterBaldwin, she works across functional areas and industries, bringing the analytical discipline her corporate career instilled alongside a genuine focus on the candidate experience.

Bria holds a BS in accounting from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. She minored in Italian studies, including spending a semester abroad at John Cabot University in Rome. She now calls Atlanta home, where she spends weekends outdoors with her two young children and exploring the city’s restaurant scene.
