CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to partner again with the Board of Trustees of King’s Ridge Christian School in the appointment of Dr. Tony Fajardo as Head of School. He will begin serving at KRCS on July 1, 2025.
Fajardo is a distinguished educator with over two decades of experience in Christian school leadership. For the past eight years, he has skillfully guided and developed the school community as Headmaster of Ben Lippen School in Columbia, SC. His career began at Dade Christian School in Miami, FL, where he served as a teacher, coach, and dean of students. He then advanced to the role of secondary principal at Florida Bible Christian School in Miramar before becoming Headmaster at Northside Christian Academy in Charlotte, NC. Fajardo also contributes to the broader K-12 Christian educational community as an active member of the Council on Educational Standards and Accountability (CESA) Executive Committee.

Fajardo earned his PhD in organizational leadership from Columbia International University, an MS in management and administration of educational programs from Nova Southeastern University, and a BS in education from Barry University. He also completed the Van Lunen Fellows program for Executive Management.
