CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to partner again with Alliance Defending Freedom in the appointment of Nadeena Kersey as the nonprofit’s Senior Vice President of Finance.
Nadeena joins ADF from GuideStone Financial, where she most recently served as Chief Analytics Officer, building the data and analytics function from scratch, and previously as Chief Insurance Officer, leading a $100M business line and delivering $16M in savings.
Prior to GuideStone, Nadeena served as Chief Financial Officer at Point University. She also spent 14 years at Christian Care Ministry as Vice President of Business Operations and Vice President of Business Intelligence, where she built foundational analytics and operational systems and served as interim COO.
Born and raised in Kuwait, Nadeena’s family immigrated to the US while she was in high school. She holds an MBA from Campbell University and a BS in applied mathematics from Georgia Institute of Technology.
