CarterBaldwin Executive Search announces the appointment of Andrew Trimble as Chief Accounting Officer for convenience store operator Majors Management.
Andrew brings to the role over 13 years of progressive experience revitalizing financial functions and leading strategic planning in multi-unit retail environments. He joins Majors Management from The Krystal Company, where he served as Director of FP&A, building out the finance function from the ground up – implementing reporting, enhancing sales visibility, upgrading the ERP system, and leading a chart of accounts redesign.
Prior to this role, Andrew was Assistant Controller at The Honey Baked Ham Company, where he restructured the accounting function, improved treasury and tax operations, and implemented a franchise payment portal to streamline billing and enhance data accuracy.
He began his career at Huddle House, rising up the ranks to ultimately leading FP&A, audits, budgeting, and board-level financial communication. With no formal FP&A lead in place, Andrew took ownership of forecasting and analysis, supporting a complex business of 40 corporate sites, 300 franchise locations, and a food distribution arm while maintaining a spotless audit record.
Andrew holds a BBA in accounting from Georgia State University.
