CarterBaldwin Executive Search, together with TWR, the global media ministry known for reaching the world for Christ through mass media, announces the appointment of Andy Schick as its next President and CEO.
Andy brings more than two decades of international leadership across ministry, technology, media, and nonprofit transformation. Known for combining entrepreneurial innovation with faith-driven service, he will lead TWR in leveraging new technologies to expand its global reach.
He joins TWR from World Vision New Zealand, where he led revenue and technology transformation and served as a board member and adviser with TWR partner ministry Reach Beyond.
Earlier, he built and sold a tech company to internet provider Maxnet, where he signed on as Marketing Director. From there, he helped lead New Zealand’s $200 million Network for Learning initiative, which provided fiber internet to every school in the country. Additionally, Andy held senior marketing and technology leadership roles for Bastion Shine, a creative digital agency, and Xero, a leading global accounting software company.
A longtime advocate for radio, Andy embraces the role of emerging technologies. “Andy is creative and brilliant,” said Cassius Smith, TWR’s interim president. “He uses tools I didn’t even know existed to analyze and build understanding. He brings fresh energy and perspective, and I believe he’ll bring exciting innovation to a ministry that must keep its eyes on the future.”
