CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to partner again with Bethany Christian Services, an international Christian nonprofit that supports children and families through world-class social services, in announcing the appointment of Keith Cureton as its next President and Chief Executive Officer. He will be assuming the role from interim President and CEO Bill Blacquiere effective July 10, 2023.

Keith joins Bethany with a background serving at-risk youth at Kamehameha Schools in Hawaii where, as director of ethics and compliance, he built out culture, programs, and policies to strengthen the organization for long term health and impact.
Prior to Kamehameha Schools, Keith spent more than 20 years at United Parcel Service (NYSE: UPS), serving in several leadership roles in corporate strategy, enterprise risk management, and compliance and ethics. He retired from UPS as chief compliance and ethics officer.
Keith earned his MBA from Franklin University and a BA in business/economics from Malone University.
