Copperweld Bimetallics, LLC and CarterBaldwin Executive Search are pleased to announce the appointment of Todd Pearson as Chief Operating Officer of the PE-backed (Kinderhook Industries) wire and electrical cable manufacturer.
Todd brings over 20 years of global experience in improving operational performance and implementing lean manufacturing initiatives in multibillion-dollar companies to Copperweld. He most recently served as SVP of Global Steel Operations at WireCo WorldGroup, a world leader in manufacturing, engineering, and distributing wire rope, wire rope assemblies and electromechanical cable. Todd was responsible for 7 manufacturing facilities and 3 distribution centers in Germany, Poland, Portugal and North America totaling $400M in revenue with over 1800 employees. In addition, he served as Global Vice President of Operational Excellence.
Prior to WireCo, Todd held executive leadership roles across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia with Davis Standard and Belden. Todd will own a multi-site global manufacturing operation, ensuring best practices across manufacturing, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
