CarterBaldwin Executive Search announces the appointment of financial executive Alistaire Davidson as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Freeman Company. Alistaire joins the world’s largest brand experience and event management company with a history of international leadership roles across various global corporations.
As Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, Alistaire will play a critical leadership role in the post-pandemic modernization, transformation, and scale of Freeman. He will work closely with the CFO, Alan Grottle, and other functional leaders to capitalize on the company’s plans to accelerate organic growth, increase international business, expand vertical offerings, and look for strategic acquisitions to complement these initiatives.
Alistaire comes to Freeman from AVEVA (NASDAQ: AVEVF), where he was Vice President Finance for the Americas. Prior to that, Alistaire worked in various international and global finance roles within Schneider Electric SE and Invensys.
A native of the United Kingdom, Alistaire began his career in London, working in auditing and corporate accounting before joining Invensys who would later transfer him to Dallas, TX to further advance his executive development.
Alistaire earned his BSc in mathematics from the University of Southampton.
