CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to partner again with The Ensworth School in the appointment of Josh LeRoy as Head of High School, following a nationwide search. He will begin serving in this role on July 1.

Josh brings 25 years of experience in teaching and leadership at independent schools. He currently serves as Associate Head of School and Head of Upper School at Nichols School in Buffalo, NY. Before his time at Nichols, he held several leadership roles at Cardigan Mountain School in Canaan, New Hampshire, including Associate Head of School, Dean of Faculty, Director of Student Life, and Senior Assistant Director of Admission. Earlier in his career, he taught mathematics and served as Director of Athletics at Northwood School in Lake Placid, NY.
Josh earned his BS in mathematics and his MEd from St. Lawrence University.
