CarterBaldwin Executive Search, together with Alloy Roofing, a Percheron Capital portfolio company, announces the appointment of Matt Malone as General Manager for its Houston business.
Matt joins Alloy from Generator Power Systems, a Houston-based generator installation and service company backed by the HomeTown Services platform of CenterOak Partners, where he served as General Manager. In this role, he stabilized a legacy operation, delivering revenue growth and margin improvement despite challenging market conditions.
Previously, Matt spent four years with John Moore Services, where he led large-scale plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and installation field operations across a multi-trade home services platform. Earlier in his career, he held operations and sales leadership roles at Trukology and managed environmental compliance initiatives at SNC-Lavalin, now AtkinsRéalis (TSX: ATRL).
Matt served for six years in the U.S. Navy which included two deployments. He holds a BA in organizational management from the University of Arizona.
