CarterBaldwin Executive Search is pleased to join Medical Teams International in the naming of global nonprofit leader Eric Ha as President & Chief Executive Officer.
Eric brings more than two decades of experience in human rights, international development, and organizational leadership to Medical Teams International. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at International Justice Mission, a leading global human rights organization working to protect people in poverty from slavery, human trafficking, violence against women and children, and police abuse of power.
Prior to IJM, Eric was an attorney at Sidley Austin LLP, where he managed litigation cases for multinational corporations and led pro bono efforts to represent individuals seeking asylum and civil rights protections. He also taught constitutional law at the University of Miami School of Law.
Eric holds a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
