CarterBaldwin Executive Search is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Flashenberg as Senior Vice President of Sales for Arcadia Cold Storage & Logistics.
Mike brings 14+ years of logistics and transportation sales leadership, with deep experience across food, beverage, and CPG markets. Most recently, as Vice President of Sales at Capstone Logistics, he led company-wide sales strategy and talent development, driving double-digit year-over-year growth in revenue, volume, and gross profit.
Previously, as Vice President of Sales, Mike built and led the sales and marketing organization at Fastmore Logistics, delivering year-over-year revenue growth. Earlier, he spent nine years at Coyote Logistics, where he led the company’s largest sales group following its acquisition by United Parcel Service (NYSE: UPS).
Mike holds a BA in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Maryland, where he played Division I hockey.
