PathLight International, along with CarterBaldwin Executive Search, is pleased to announce the appointment of Natalie Green as Chief Executive Officer for the faith-based educational nonprofit.

Natalie brings more than 15 years of executive leadership in international development, with a proven track record of driving global growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing teams. Most recently, she served as Chief Advancement Officer at Africa New Life Ministries, where she played a key role in expanding the organization’s programs, partnerships, and funding network, growing the annual budget from approximately $1 million to $15 million during her tenure.

Throughout her career, Natalie has overseen fundraising, marketing and communications, strategic planning, donor engagement, and global partnerships, while providing leadership to teams across the United States and internationally. She is known for her collaborative approach, catalytic vision, and passion for developing leaders and communities.

Natalie holds a BS in human development and family sciences from The University of Texas at Austin and brings a strong faith-centered perspective to her leadership and service.
