CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to partner with Rogers Electric in the naming of Travis Billingsley as Vice President of Human Resources.
Travis joins Rogers from telecommunications service provider Ansco & Associates as Senior Director of Human Resources. Prior to Ansco, Travis served in multiple human resources roles at Arauco, a global manufacturer of sustainable forest product solutions, landing as Executive Human Resources Director for their North America business. He began his career at Perdue Farms.
Travis earned a BSBA with a concentration in human resources. He holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification and a Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt certification. He serves on the Forsyth County YMCA Board of Directors.
Since his placement in May 2019, Travis has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer at Rogers in July 2020.
