Taressa brings over 20 years of progressive human resources and operational leadership experience to Shoals, most recently serving as Senior Regional HR Leader within Amazon’s (NASDAQ: AMZN) Robotics organization. In this role, she led HR strategy across a complex, multi-state network of high-volume fulfillment and logistics operations, supporting thousands of associates in one of the company’s most dynamic and rapidly scaling environments.
Prior to Amazon, Taressa spent more than a decade with Southwire Company, where she advanced to Senior Director of Human Resources and served as the senior HR leader for the Tools, Components & Assembled Solutions business. In this capacity, she supported a geographically dispersed, multi-plant, multi-country organization spanning the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Central America and served as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning talent strategy with business priorities.
Taressa began her career with Essex Electric in human resources administration. She holds an MBA and a BBA in human resource management from the University of North Alabama.
