CarterBaldwin Executive Search in partnership with software and game development company Valicy announces the placement of Chris Rowe as President.
Chris brings more than 20 years of global gaming, operations, and commercial leadership to Valicy, most recently from Konami Gaming (OTCM: KNAMF), where he served as Vice President of North American Game Sales.
Prior to Konami, Chris spent nearly two decades with Australian gaming machine manufacturer, Aristocrat Leisure Limited (ASX: ALL), advancing from product management into senior executive roles with full P&L responsibility across Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and EMEA.
Chris holds a BS in business management from the University of Utah. He serves on the board of Project 150 Las Vegas, a nonprofit organization serving the needs of homeless, displaced, and disadvantaged high school students.

Based in Greenville, NC, Valicy is a gaming designer, developer and manufacturer. The company was founded by Garrett Blackwelder in 2025 after Light & Wonder acquired the charitable gaming assets of Blackwelder’s Grover Gaming business in a transaction valued at ~$1 billion. Valicy retained a core group of the former Grover team and leadership, carrying forward deep industry experience into this new venture.
