CarterBaldwin Executive Search announces the appointment of Justin Harkey as Senior Vice President of Sales for Alto-Shaam, a leading commercial foodservice equipment manufacturer.
Justin brings more than 20 years of leadership and sales experience in the foodservice and hospitality industry, with a proven track record in operational improvements, go-to-market strategies, and sales transformation.
He began his career at International Hotel Group (NYSE:IHG) and was then recruited by RATIONAL AG (ETR: RAA), a global leader in commercial kitchen appliances, where he rose to Vice President of Key Account Sales – North America. Following RATIONAL, Justin was recruited to ITW Food Equipment Group, a subsidiary of Illinois Tool Works (NYSE: ITW) as Vice President of Sales.
A North Carolina native, Justin earned his BS in business management and administration from Western Governors University.
