Project Description

CarterBaldwin Executive Search, together with Fellowship Christian School Board of Directors, announces the appointment of Dr. Aaron Farrant as the next Head of Fellowship Christian School succeeding Dr. Kathryn M. Teston on July 1, 2024.

Farrant comes to Fellowship with more than 17 years of experience, seven of those as a Head of School, where he showed dynamic leadership in delivering excellence in Christian education. Most of his career has been in Christian education, serving at Mount Paran Christian School as a Bible teacher and Director of Christian Life before taking on his most recent post, Head of School, at The Christ School in Orlando. During his tenure at The Christ School, he received commendations for strong school leadership, improvements in academic programs, healthy school culture, and strategic planning as he grew the school in quantity and quality while better serving the families in the school community.

“It was our sincere desire that we find the person whom God has called to lead Fellowship into the future,” said Brynn Stensrud, Fellowship’s Board Chair. “In Dr. Farrant, we found a man who possesses a strong faith in Jesus, is committed to covenant Christian education, has demonstrated visionary leadership, and has years of teaching and head -of-school experience in Christian schools. The Board is excited that Dr. Farrant will be our next Head of School.”

Farrant earned his EdD in educational leadership from Kennesaw State University, two master’s degrees in religious education and a BA in psychology/business from Liberty University.
