RWA Wealth Partners, a Summit Partners portfolio business, announces the appointment of Don MacKenzie as Chief Financial Officer. CarterBaldwin is excited to work again with the Summit team on a successful hire.
Don joins RWA, a wealth management solutions provider, from Centerline Communications, a leading critical infrastructure and network solutions provider and portfolio company of Audax Private Equity. With 25+ years of merger and operational finance experience, Don led the company through significant growth in the first 18 months.
Don began his career at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and Boston, where he partnered with private equity firms to lead acquisitions and integrations. After 10 years, Don joined the client side and pivoted to operating roles in manufacturing, technology, life sciences, venture capital, and business services companies. In each, Don led efforts to overhaul finance operations, build out financial reporting and budgeting processes, establish best practices, and increase profitability through acquisitions.
A native of the United Kingdom, Don earned his BS from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. He is a Chartered Accountant in the UK.
