CarterBaldwin Executive Search announces the appointment of Arturo Towns as Chief People Officer for Central States, Inc., a leading national manufacturer of metal building components, roofing, and building systems headquartered in NW Arkansas.
Arturo brings more than 25 years of manufacturing industry experience to Central States, most recently from Foster Farms (a portfolio company of Atlas Holdings) where he served as Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to Foster Farms, Arturo served as the CHRO at Smithfield Foods and in senior human resources leadership roles at family-owned Simmons Foods, Tyson Foods (NYSE:TSN), Takata Holdings, and Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE:BMY).
A native of Mexico, Arturo earned his BS in business administration from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
