CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to partner with Brenntag North America in announcing the appointment of Federico Martinez as Managing Director, Food and Nutrition Latin America.
Federico joins Brenntag with more than 26 years’ experience in the chemical and food industries, most recently as Commercial Director, North Latin America for Barry Callebaut AG (OTCMKTS: BRRLY), the world’s largest originator and processor of cocoa beans and cocoa byproducts.
Prior to this role, Federico spent eight years at Markel Food Group (NYSE: MKL), the global food industry’s leading equipment supplier, as Vice President, Latin America. He began his career as a logistics manager at The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) and later spent 12 years at Cargill in general management and business development roles.
A Mexican national, Federico earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
