CarterBaldwin Executive Search is pleased to partner again with The McPherson Companies, a leading Southeast distributor of fuel and lubricants, in the appointment of Clint Wade as Senior Vice President of Sales.
Clint brings more than 15 years of commercial leadership in distribution and building products to McPherson. Most recently, he served as National Vice President of Dealers Choice (Beacon Products), recently acquired by QXO (NASDAQ: QXO), where he guided the business through rapid expansion, a complete rebrand, and a digital transformation.
Earlier in his career, Clint held sales and territory management roles at Pactiv Corporation (NASDAQ: PKG) before transitioning to Beacon, where he gained P&L ownership, led national accounts, and mentored emerging leaders through multiple leadership development programs.
A Georgia native, Clint earned a BBA in finance and marketing from the University of Georgia.
