CMSPI Appoints Beth Ward Chief People Officer

CarterBaldwin Executive Search is pleased to announce the appointment of Beth Ward, SPHR, as Chief People Officer for Manchester, UK-based fintech advisors CMSPI.

Beth is CMSPI’s first CPO and will lead out of the company’s North American headquarters in Atlanta, GA.
Beth joins the Inflexion-backed company from Alvaria, Inc, an enterprise SaaS company, where she was an HR Business Partner.

Prior to Alvaria, Beth held HR leadership roles at global tech firms including Sage, OutSystems, Inc, First Data Corporation (NYSE: FDC), and BlackBerry (NYSE: BB).

She received her BA in Communications from Trinity University and is active in MUST Ministries and Atlanta SHRM.
