CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to partner again with Mohawk Industries (NYSE: MHK) as they appoint Justin Gardner Senior Director of Strategy. In this role, Justin will lead supply chain optimization projects, partnering with sourcing, manufacturing, and product teams of each business unit, along with Mohawk’s warehousing, transportation, product planning, technology systems, and customer experience groups.
Justin joins Mohawk with more than 14 years of supply chain management experience, most recently from Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, where he was Senior Director for Supply Chain Transformation. Prior to Mohawk, Justin served as a leader within KPMG’s Supply Chain Advisory Group and had an earlier career with other major corporations like Georgia-Pacific, Veritiv (Veritiv NYSE: VRTV), and C.H. Robinson (NASDAQ: CHRW), where his experience spanned transportation, logistics, distribution, and customer operations.
Justin earned his BA in Communication & Public Relations from Columbus State University (GA) and his MBA in Strategy & Finance from the University of Georgia.
