Bringing nearly two decades of leadership experience across electrification, power infrastructure, and energy technologies, Justin joins Shoals after nearly 15 years at Schneider Electric (OTCMKTS: SBGSY), where he most recently served as Vice President of Strategy and Transformation for the North American Power Products and Power Systems hub, leading strategy, innovation, M&A, and sustainability across a $5.5B+ portfolio.
Previously, he was Vice President and Energy League Leader, overseeing product management and innovation for a $3.5B+ portfolio spanning switchgear, circuit protection, busway, transformers, and critical infrastructure solutions, delivering record sales, margin expansion, and faster time-to-market through agile transformation. Earlier in his tenure, he held global P&L leadership roles for Schneider’s $400M+ busway systems business and $350M+ low-voltage switchgear and motor control center portfolio.
Justin began his career at Eaton Corporation in technical sales and rotational leadership roles before intentionally transitioning into product and business leadership. He holds an MBA from the University of Kansas and a BS in business administration/marketing from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
