CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to partner again with the Ensworth School in the appointment of Kiersten Marich as Director of Institutional Advancement.
Kiersten joins Ensworth with more than 20 years of progressive business development, team management, and nonprofit experience. In her most recent role, Kiersten was Senior Director of Advancement at The Taft School in Watertown, CT. Prior to Taft, Kiersten served as Senior Leadership Gift Officer at Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford, CT and was the Director of Leadership Giving at Frederick Gunn School in Washington, CT.
“Kiersten’s extensive experience in independent school advancement, fundraising, and stewardship will be invaluable to our school community,” said Prentice Stabler, Ensworth’s Head of School. “She has already established a deep connection to our mission and vision, emphasizing the value she places on building meaningful relationships with the members of our school community.”
Kiersten earned her BA in social and rehabilitation services from Assumption College.
