CarterBaldwin Executive Search, together with Larson-Juhl, a Berkshire Hathaway company and global leader in the design, fabrication, and distribution of custom picture frames, announces the appointment of Troy Franks as President, North America.
Troy joins Larson-Juhl following 16 years at COSCO, a brand of Dorel Home that manufactures and distributes home furnishings and solutions, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Troy contributed to significant revenue gains, including a 525% increase in e-commerce sales.
Prior to COSCO, Troy spent almost 10 years at Bayer Environmental Science, excelling in sales leadership roles for their lawn and garden business and expanding distribution by more than 50%. He also spent several years managing national accounts at Ringer Corporation, a fertilizer and pesticide manufacturer.
A native of Carmel, IN, Troy earned his BS in business administration from Indiana University.
