CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to partner with Live the Life Ministries, a relationship education ministry, in the appointment of Dallas Pymm as their inaugural Vice President of Advancement.
Dallas joins Live the Life from Precept, where he served as Senior Director of Donor Development and Relations. In this role, he was responsible for a $9 million annual fundraising plan and increased annual donations by six percent. Prior to Precept, Dallas was a Senior Development Representative at Alliance Defending Freedom in Scottsdale, AZ.

We are thrilled to have Dallas join our team to solve the root problem that directly leads to so many other problems, and that is the decline of married two-parent families in our society.”
Dallas holds a BS in biblical studies and Christian ministry from Liberty University.
