Project Description

CarterBaldwin Executive Search, together with Medi-Share, the nation’s leading nonprofit healthcare sharing ministry, announces the appointment of Brandon Harvath as Chief Operations Officer.

Brandon joins Medi-Share with more than a decade of leadership experience in healthcare and health insurance operations, most recently as CEO at Saint Francis Healthcare, a Wilmington, DE-based hospital and part of Trinity Health. Previously, he served as Vice President, Member and Provider Experience at Blue Cross Blue Shield-affiliated Highmark, Inc.; as Vice President, Global Service Operations at Cigna Global Health Benefits; and as Senior Director of Operations Solutions and Support at Independence Blue Cross. He has also held leadership roles at MBNA/Bank of America.

At Medi-Share, Brandon will guide the organization through a period of rapid growth, partnering with CEO Scott Reddig and the rest of the leadership team to optimize and deliver excellent service to Medi-Share’s members and evaluate growth opportunities for what has become a popular health insurance alternative.

“With a wide variety of experience over the last 20 years in the finance, insurance, call center, and healthcare arenas, I am excited for the insights and unique leadership that Brandon will bring to our ministry and to the Medi-Share program in particular,” said Reddig. “Brandon has a heart and passion for the Lord and recognizes how God has opened doors throughout his career, including Medi-Share.”

It is this combination of faith, skill, and leadership experience that make him the ideal candidate to lead the Medi-Share Operations team and advance Medi-Share’s efforts to serve the Christian community.

Brandon holds a BS in Finance from Wilmington University.
