Micah Carlton Named Summit Electric Supply's First Chief Human Resource Officer

CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to partner again with Summit Electric Supply (Summit) in the appointment of Micah Carlton as the company’s first Chief Human Resource Officer. Micah will work closely with Summit’s CEO Ed Gerber in the continued transformation and expansion of the company.

Micah joins Summit from British electronics components manufacturer TT Electronics (OTCMKTS: TTGPF), where he was vice president of human resources and responsible for leading HR for two of the company’s three global business units.

Micah’s earlier career included stints in compensation for Countrywide, American Home Mortgage Servicing, and Homeward Residential. Over the last decade at TT Electronics, he quickly expanded into very senior HR leadership roles spanning all facets of people, culture, and operations.

Micah earned his BBA in human resource management and marketing from Baylor University.
