CarterBaldwin Executive Search announces the appointment of Bryon Thomas as Vice President, Growth Marketing for ModMed, a Warburg Pincus-backed healthcare software and cloud-based solutions company.
Bryon joins ModMed from Playvox, a contact management software company headquartered in Colombia, where he served as Vice President of Marketing.
Bryon has 22 years of strategic marketing, product marketing, and demand generation marketing experience, with 12 of those years in senior marketing leadership roles at Miami-based Citrix Systems (NASDAQ:CTXS). Bryon also had several successful heads of marketing roles with B2B software startups that included SoftNAS, EasyVista, and ultimately, Playvox.
A native of Oklahoma, Bryon earned his MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and his BA in International Business from Colorado State University.
