CarterBaldwin Executive Search is proud to partner again with Osmose Utilities Services, Inc., a portfolio company of EQT Infrastructure, in the appointment of Jeff Valmus as Executive Director, Steel Unit. In this newly created position, Jeff will lead the commercial expansion for the company’s rapidly growing steel services business unit as the company partners with electric transmission and distribution providers on grid and infrastructure resiliency initiatives.
Jeff brings more than 30 years of professional business development experience including deep experience in power generation, electrical, and energy services. Most recently, Jeff was VP Sales & Business Development for HAWCS International, an Australian company providing aerial survey services to the powerline and utility sectors. Prior, Jeff was North America commercial sales manager for Cargill’s Bio Industrial Power Generation Division. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems, Bureau Veritas Group, and Nalco Water.
Jeff is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He served the country after college as a Naval Nuclear Engineering Officer on several Navy ships.
